Kāhui Pakihi o DNI – Kaupapa Māori Business Group in Tāmaki Makaurau

Kāhui Pakihi o DNI is a proudly kaupapa Māori, whānau‑owned business group based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland). Our mahi is guided by three core Pou — Kaitiakitanga, Manaakitanga me Kotahitanga — values that shape how we work, how we serve, and how we grow.

Our Pou – The Foundation of Our Business

Kaitiakitanga – Environmental Guardianship

As Kaitiaki o te Whenua, we actively minimise our environmental impact. We recycle old electrical fittings, packaging, and materials wherever practicable, ensuring our operations support the wellbeing of our whenua.

Manaakitanga – Care & Hospitality

Manaakitanga guides how we treat everyone — customers, community, suppliers, and partners. We value Kanohi ki te Kanohi (face‑to‑face) engagement because strong relationships lead to better outcomes.

Kotahitanga – Unity & Collaboration

Kotahitanga shapes our collaborative approach. We work closely with customers, suppliers, and contractors to achieve shared goals and build long‑lasting partnerships.

A Kaupapa Māori Business Group Evolving for the Future

We are committed to delivering high‑quality services within a bi‑lingual Māori/English environment, ensuring our customers experience excellence grounded in tikanga and whanaungatanga.

Kāhui Pakihi o DNI currently operates three business units, primarily within the electrical industry:
